Sierra Smith

Sierra graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a B.S. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology with a Botany emphasis. Currently, she is the Director of Nursery Development at The Oasis Growing Center, overseeing our nursery’s production, growth, health, and overall care. The plants Sierra grows will be sold in the retail greenhouse, wholesale, and used by our landscaping team. Passionate about nature, plants, and the green industry, Sierra is right at home as our grower. In her free time, Sierra enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, doing yoga, and traveling. She also doesn’t mind staying in to read a good book or play video games. Sierra is beyond thrilled to be a part of our leadership team!
