Hailey Rafter

Hailey Rafter is a southern California native who moved to Kansas City over a year ago. Her career started as an Executive Assistant for eight years and then held the Senior Lead of Design and Sales position at a custom closet/storage system company. These leadership positions allowed her to expand her vast experience with customer service and sales and manage the chaos on all fronts at the executive level. As ALLCAT’s Executive Chaos Manager, she tests all these skills constantly as the company grows and expands into new divisions. Hailey thinks it almost seems like it was meant to be, and she is so grateful to be here with everyone on our team. One Team, One Fight!
